When Truffle meets Spring Roll, you realise how amazing to match East & West in cooking! In this recipe, we use a new cooking method for the spring rolls, instead of deep frying in oil, we only use few drops of oil in a pan. A perfect snack anytime!

Ingredients
- 6 Sheets Frozen Spring Rolls Wrap
- 4 Slices Cheese any, Swiss Cheese is used in this recipe
- 6 Tsp Truffle Sauce any, Black Tartufata is used in this recipe
- Few Drops Cooking Oil any, extra virgin olive oil is used in this recipe

Instructions
- Thaw the frozen spring roll wrap 30 mins before using, take the required sheets gently, keep the remaining wrap in freezer
- Cut each slice of cheese into 3 equal rectangular shapes, put one on the wrap as shown
- Add 1 tsp of truffle sauce onto the cheese, spread evenly
- Put another piece of cheese on the top, like a sandwich
- Fold the bottom corner up, then flip one time
- Fold the left corner to the centre, then the right corner, flip one more time, use some water to seal the opening
- Repeat until you finish wrapping all spring rolls
- Heat the pan with medium heat, add cooking oil into the pan. Put the spring roll into pan, and cooking until golden
- Serve and enjoy!
Recipe Notes
Cheese
- A rich source of calcium, protein and phosphorus
- Taste even better when it is melted down, you can use soft cheese like mozzarella for a softer texture
Truffle Sauce

Cooking Tips
- The shape of the spring rolls is better to be a flat rectangle than round tube, as we are pan frying instead of deep frying, the wrap will be crispier like this
- You can use oven instead of pan for a bigger batch, bake at 180 degrees C for around 10 mins
- You can put ham, spinach, sautéed mushrooms or other stuffing for this recipe
