- 15 g Butter/ Olive Oil could combine these 2 types
- pitch Salt & Pepper

Instructions
- If you use frozen scallops, make sure they are thawed thoroughly. It takes around 30-60 mins for thaw, a metal plate could speed up the process
- After the thaw, remove the tendon if any
- Dry the scallops gently with kitchen paper or clean kitchen towel
- Season with salt and pepper for 5-10 mins, dry once again with the kitchen paper or towel
- Sear the Scallops until golden, around 1 min for each side. It depends on the size of the scallops and your preference. If you are using some "Sashimi Grade" scallops, you can keep it like medium. You can know approximately the doneness from the side of the scallops.
- Once you achieved you desired doneness, serve on plate and add some truffle sauces on each scallop. Drizzle some truffle oil for extra fragrance

Cooking Tips
- Some people like to blanch the frozen ingredients in order to get rid of the "frozen taste", it is not a must and it depends of the product quality. If you do blanching, do not overcook and the process should not longer than 1 min
- You can know the doneness of scallops from the side
- Butter has a low smoking point, if you mix it with olive oil or other, it will not be burned so easily
