- 150 g Fuži can be replaced by any type of pasta
- 30 g Butter
- 100 g Cream
- 40 g Truffle Sauce any, Black Tartufata is used in this recipe
- Pinch of Salt & Pepper
Garnish
- Drizzle of Truffle Olive Oil any, White Truffle Olive Oil is used in this recipe
- Some Grated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions
- If you have 2 stoves, you can prepare the pasta and sauce at the same time
- Stove 1: Put fuži into a pot of boiling salted water, cook until al dente (you can follow the suggested time on the package)
- Stove 2: Heat butter to in a pan with low heat, when it is melted down, add cream, truffle sauce and stir well, season with salt & pepper
- When the pasta is ready and drained, you can either (1) pour them into the sauce, toss well and serve OR (2) Serve the pasta on plate and add the sauce on top
- Put some grated Parmesan cheese and a drizzle of White Truffle Olive Oil as garnis. Dobar tek! (enjoy your meal in Croatian)

Fuži
- Lower GI than plain rice, a good source of complex carbohydrates

Cooking Tips
- You can use any kind of pasta to replace fuži to match with your preference, like penne, spaghetti or farfalle
- When you prepare the sauce, make sure the heat is low to avoid over-redusing the sauce
- You are welcome to add some cheese in the sauce for a richer version, if the sauce is too thick, you can balance it by adding little milk or water
