Wild truffles have a unique crunchy texture, which can greatly enhance a dish
Do not cook or stew for too long, excess heat could destroy its fragrance
Ideal to mix with dishes which are almost ready, for example, sautéed seafood, soups, pasta, risotto, Bechamel sauce. You could beat with eggs to make creamy truffle scrambled eggs.
Storage of Sliced Black Truffles
Before opening, keep in cool place without direct sunlight
Consume as soon as possible once it is opened
To avoid the product getting spoiled, keep the opened bottle in refrigerator
Our suggested way of keeping the truffle slices fresh is to keep it underneath the olive oil layer, as oil is the natural preservative, which can block the moist and air
