Wild white truffles are hand-picked from the forest in Central Istria during the winter season (Tuber Magnatum), while black truffles are hand-picked in the summer season (Tuber Aestivum)

Storage of White Tartufata
Before opening, keep in cool place without direct sunlight
Consume as soon as possible once it is opened
To avoid the product getting spoiled, keep the opened bottle in refrigerator
Please use clean spoon to obtain tartufata from the flask, as oil floats you can spoon deeper to get the sauce
Our suggested way of keeping the tartufata fresh is to keep it underneath the oil layer, as oil is the natural preservative, which can block the moist and air
