Ingredients
- 800 g Beef Filet Mignon 200g each
- 90 g Truffle Sauce any
- 40 g Butter
- 200 g Cream
- Pinch of Salt & Pepper
- Drizzle of Truffle Olive Oil

Instructions
- Set the beef in room temperature and season it with salt & pepper (at least 30 mins before cooking)
- Heat butter in pan, sear the beef for 2-3 mins on each side over medium-low heat, remove from pan and set aside
- Add cream, truffle sauce to the remaining butter in the pan, season the sauce and simmer for awhile
- Put the beef back to the well-blended sauce, cook for 2 mins
- Serve on plate, add a drizzle of truffle olive oil for extra aroma. Serve with your preferred side dish
